We begin with a slow, supported movement to settle the nervous system and land fully.
From this place of safety, we briefly introduce the MIR method (Mental Intention Reset) (a simple, non-analytical way to reset a personal theme) while staying connected to the body.
The practice then builds into gentle yet deep movement, supporting our lymphatic system. After a short break, we slow down again and close with TRE (Tension & Stress Release Exercises) and a long, deep relaxation.
This workshop is an invitation to soften, listen, resting and being present without fixing or forcing.
